Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of assessment will be liable to pay the full treatment price. Exceptions will be made to these policies if deemed necessary.

Insurance

Insurance companies may reimburse for veterinary physiotherapy treatment. However, all fees must be paid in full to the physiotherapist on the day. Invoices and receipts will be provided for insurance companies so they are able to reimburse the owners directly.

Payment

Payment must be settled prior/ on the day of appointment via bank transfer or cash. Any delays will result in an added late fee. Please get in touch with the physiotherapist if you have any issues/questions regarding payment.

Client Confidentiality and GDPR

All client details are protected by the Client Confidentiality Law within the Veterinary Surgeon Act 1966. No animal/ client information will be shared or disclosed to any third parties without consent. All client information is protected complying with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
